There is no way around it. Because of the increases in the cost of doing business from cap and trade, a massive number of jobs will be shipped out to countries that are refusing to cap and trade. (China and India) The only way for the administration to stop the surge of outsourcing is to slap imports with carbon tariffs. China won’t stand for it and neither will India.
